Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Symbion, a human–AI collaboration workspace where you and your AI agents work together on research, communication, planning, and everyday tasks. By creating an account or using Symbion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Symbion. If you use Symbion on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Use of the service

Symbion lets you direct AI agents to help with your work. You are responsible for the tasks you assign, the content you create, and the actions you approve. Do not use Symbion to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or have agents act on accounts or systems you are not authorized to use. Agent actions that touch the outside world—such as sending email or changing a calendar—require your explicit approval before they run.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time from your account settings; we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, messages, and other content you bring to or create in Symbion. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you—for example, running an agent over a document you ask it to edit. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5. Connected third-party accounts

Symbion can connect to third-party services you authorize, such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, and Drive). When you connect an account, you allow Symbion to access that account only as needed for the features you use, and your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You can disconnect a connected account at any time, which revokes Symbion’s ongoing access.

6. AI-generated output

Symbion’s agents produce drafts, summaries, and suggestions that can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review agent output before relying on it, especially for consequential decisions. You are responsible for anything you send, publish, or act on.

7. Service availability and changes

Symbion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Symbion after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
